Climate Change Big Saturday event at Manchester Museum

On Saturday 28th of February, members of our lab participated in a public engagement event at the Manchester Museum.

The museum was filled with stalls and activities about climate change and we presented a series of hands-on experiments about the greenhouse effect and ocean acidification. The Manchester Museum received over one thousand visitors that day, mostly children, and so our tables were busy from open to close!

We'll shortly upload some of the resources we used to explain ocean acidification to people of all ages and backgrounds. For now, here are some pictures from the event!
