I am a Research Assistant working in the Amphibian Research Facility. We work to optimise best husbandry practices for threatened amphibian species, in particular Madagascan Mantella. Mainly, my research has focused on the influence of dietary carotenoids on the colouration and fitness of captive amphibians. For my masters I looked at the importance of microclimates for Mantella species, primarily focusing on M. cowani.
Recently, I was on the organising committee for the Amphibian Conservation Research Symposium held at MMU in 2019.
